The http:/www.spookyhouseqa.com website is operated by Spooky House Recreational Playground ("Spooky House","we","us", or "our"), which offer a variety of entertaiment related services (Spooky House, Games, activities) By accessing or using the website you also agree to our Privacy Policy which is available at Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time and you should frequently check and review these Terms and Privacy Policy for any updates and changes.

Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted on the website. By using the website after we make any changes to these Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether you have reviewed them.Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES

1. Age Requirement:
   SPOOKY HOUSE RECREATIONAL PLAYGROUND is solely for anyone who is 13 years of age or older. By using the SPOOKY HOUSE you represent and warrant thar you are 13 years or older. In order to benefit from all game services provided by us, it's required to be at least 13 years old. Customers between the ages of 13 and below may only enter the games with an adult responsible for them.
2. Booking and Documentation:
   Before using SPOOKY HOUSE, every customer is required to fill out the Disclaimer and release of liability form shall not be allowed to participate in the services provided by Spooky House. You must be at Spooky House premises 20 minutes before the scheduled booking time to sign the necessary documents and be briefed with our safety procedure. If non of the customers are present at Spooky House premises within 30 minutes after the booking time, the right to cancel your booking and to allocate the services to other customers, is reserved to Spooky House. In this case; re-scheduling may be permitted for you by us at our absolute discretion depending on the availability.
3. Payment Details:
   The customer hereby consents for the use of their personal credit cards, and for the storage of their credit card details and personal data by Spooky House third-party payment provider and waive all claims against Spooky House regarding the transmission and storage of credit card details. The card holder must retain a copy of transaction records.
4. Prohibited Items:
   For the safety of all of the customers, we forbid the usage of mobile phones inside our activities in addition to other items like jewelery.
5. Photography and Video:
   We have cameras placed in our rooms. However, we will not use or produce photographs or movie shots for commercial use, press or promotional purposes without your consent. Videos of the game are sold separately, and their prices not included in the game package.
6. Interaction with Staff:
   Spooky House has well trained professional live actors and players are requested not to touch, throw items at them for an amazing experience. Players are also requested not to damage the props inside the game. Upon these incidents players will be requested to cover the cost of the items damaged.
7. Liability:
   I have read the Terms and Conditions and understood that any right that I may have on behalf of my self or child to bring any legal action or assert claim for inquiry or loss of any kind to Spooky House. Should any claims be made by the players, they should be held responsible for all lost wages and court fees incurred by Spooky House in connection with the claims.
